However, it has an origin in time, when towards 2015, in the midst of the general crisis of 2007-2015, a small group of people gathered around a proposal for an association of cities that would later become an International Organization, and that today is proposed as a confederation of cities.

If, in order to develop it, a coordinated work with a centralized structure was necessary, it was working on the go, developing in parts a mechanism that, with the traumatic breakdown of nCovid19, has run aground, and that needs an impulse that comes from outside and that, although the proposal will be better or worse elaborated, the transformation that is proposed may change some important things in people's lives. It is something that we are working on, despite the confinement imposed preventively for the nCovid19.

We cannot go back to an employment organization of society, a system based mainly on the money-for-work society or, among others, a life that is not of indefinite longevity as stated on this website, we will have to discuss seriously on this matters, and this platform can be the place.

Virtual reality, augmented, or ubiquitous, allows a social and political system that can change as much, or more, than the adoption of the internet, and whoever sees in it only a potential for young people and nothing else, underestimates the enormous potential of this medium.

Perhaps the middle of the 21st century is a key date for many things on our planet, and we have to prepare the luggage for a long journey that, since the times of the cavemen, the first men who looked to the sky as their home, that longing It is already a reality, and it is advisable to really prepare.

Buscar es una de las acciones importantes de los humanos, aunque no es la única; pero buscar el orígen de este movimiento que se genera a partir de una necesidad es, como poco difícil si no imposible.

Sin embargo tiene un origen en el tiempo, cuando hacia 2015, en plena salida de la crisis general de 2007-2015, nos reunimos un pequeño grupo de personas alrededor de una propuesta de asociación de ciudades que, después, se transformaría en Organiación Internacional, y que hoy se propone como una confederación de ciudades.

Si como para desarrollarlo era necesario un trabajo coordinado con una estructura centralizada, se fue trabajando sobre la marcha, desarrollando por partes un mecanismo que, con la traumática ruptura del nCovid19, ha embarrancado, y que necesita de un impulso que venga de fuera y que, aunque la propuesta esté mejor o peor elaborada, y la transformación que se propone pueda cambiar algunas cosas importantes de la vida de las personas, es algo que estamos trabajando a pesar del confinamiento impuesto preventivamente por el nCovid19.

No se puede volver a una organización del empleo, sistema basado principalmente en la sociedad del dinero por trabajo o, entre otras, una vida que no sea de una longevidad indefinida tal y como se enuncia en esta web; se tendrá que discutir, pactar, y esta plataforma de decisiones popular puede ser una referencia adecuada.

La realidad Virtual, aumentada, o ubicua, permite un sistema social y político que puede cambiar tanto o más que la adopción de internet, y quien vea en ello sólo un potencial para jóvenes y nada más, infravalora el enorme potencial de este medio.
​
Puede que la mitad del s.XXI sea una fecha clave para muchas cosas en nuestro planeta, y hay que preparar el equipaje para un largo viaje que, desde los tiempos de las cavernas, los primeros hombres que miraron al cielo como su hogar, ese anhelo ya es una realidad, y conviene prepararse de verdad.
